Anthony’s passion is helping business owners and individuals ‘achieve their best’ in life and business.
Anthony came to realise the many similarities between running a successful business and having a successful life when using key business and management tools combined with life skills learnt through many years of personal development to transform his life after suicidal depression. This realisation became the basis for creating his own life skills and business development consultancy in 2003 which continues to help individual business owners and their businesses achieve their best.
Anthony’s business career began in the corporate arena where he worked his way through a variety of Sales, Management, Marketing and General Management roles, often with State, National and/or International responsibilities. He is personally responsible for the creation of a 12.5% national market share for an office paper brand within 18 months, doubling the annual turnover of a vitamin manufacturer within 3½ years (whilst also increasing profitability by 140%), bringing a family owned business from voluntary administration to annual profit within 2 years and personally assisting the recovery of 400+ individual businesses impacted by Victoria’s Black Saturday Bush-fires and 2010/11 Floods.
Anthony both uses and teaches many easy to learn, simple to use and highly cost effective ethical business/marketing tools drawn from his own ‘real life’ experience and from the training he has received in Personal Development, General Management, Marketing, Strategic Planning and OH&S.
He holds qualifications in Management, Training & Assessment, is a Director of The Small Business Institute, a Mentor with SBMS Inc, Author of Dream to Reality…connecting heart & business and Hamster NO MORE… more life – less wheel, is a registered coach with ICF and CoachNetwork, a ROQUE facilitator and a Workshop/Seminar presenter for Small Business Victoria. Elizabeth (Liz) Lucas – Merchandising & Retail Services
With over 20 years experience in Visual Merchandising and Shop layout & design having worked for 10 years in fashion accessories with Bradman’s, Strandbag’s and Equip, a further 6 years in gift-ware where she developed a $1 million business in Gift Baskets,a further 6 years in wholesale floristry and now as owner of Yarra Valley Gifts ( a boutique store selling local produce and artisan works), it’s fair to say Liz truly knows how to make a difference in retail environments.
She is acknowledged by her peers for her unique ability to demonstrate what works in retail environments and making Merchandising easy to learn. Invariably, Liz’s Merchandising has resulted in immediate sales increases of up to 150%.
Liz now brings her artistic eye and creative flair to both teach and provide ‘hands on’ consulting help for our retail clients.
